Fuel Hose - Navy

Hose assembly, non-metallic, 1” ID.

Comes with camlock, dust cover, nozzle aviation and clamps.

Length:  10 meters.

Use:  fuel, oil – aviation

Configuration:  male/female, camlock, flanged.

Hose tested and certified tagged.

Military specification:  MIL-H-370.

Military Hose Assemblies

Hydraulic, RAS, Fuel, pneumatic and fire.

Manufactured, assembled and tested to military standard.

Conforms to RAN, USN and DIN specifications.

Military specifications: MIL-H-8794, MIL-DTL-8794 and MIL-PRF-370.

Pressure testing to 10,000psi.

Hydraulic Hose Cradle

To fit hydraulic hose storage and transport box.

Allows correct hose sequence fit up.

First off hose to last off hose in order.

Allows various sizes, configurations and lengths.

Thermo plastic to prevent scuffing.

Modular in design for ease of layer removal.

Spray Shield

Manufactured to Navsea Dwg No. 803-2145518-2.

Solas Regulation 15.2.11 requires fuel lines to be protected to prevent hazardous oil spray and oil leaks.

Multi layered, fibre glass construction, aluminium inner layer (re-usable).

Steel cable ties threaded through loops to ensure secure holding.

Maximum temperature: 275ºC, maximum pressure: 1650psi.

Recommended for use on HP and LP fuel and lube lines, flanges, couplings and valve joints.

Sizes from 50mm to 300mm wide and from 6m to 9m in length in roll form

No moving parts are used in jet ejectors – only replaceable nozzles
